Configuring CleverPsych
Much of the behaviour of the system is controlled by several
configuration files, which enables you to set up the system for your
practice. There is a "Config" menu to enable you to do this.
For example, when you type in the name of a new client you also select
their title (Mr, Ms etc) from the title "combo box". The list of titles
is held on a file, and you can modify it as required. For example, if
Princess Lovelylocks walks through your door you would add “Princess”
to the
list.
Similar configuration files are for:
- Your types of clients. For example, if your office is close to a
university you may set up a “Student” type.
- The psychological tests that you use.
- The check list to remind yourself of the common steps you go
through
with client treatments.
- The marital status list.
- The service numbers list for government schemes and insurance
companies.
- The types of services that you offer (reports, courses etc).
There is also a main configuration file that holds various values.
